Who We Are

Kelly Kennedy & Co. Solicitors was founded in 1979 by the present partners Philip Kelly and Patrick Kennedy. The law firm first opened at 50 Merrion Square, Dublin 2 and in 1994 moved to larger premises at 22 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2.

In its early years of business most of our work related to Conveyancing: Private premises, Commercial premises and Licensed premises. The practice quickly developed in the areas of Commercial and Company Law. A large practice in Civil claims, particularly personal injury claims, developed both in the Circuit and High Courts.

From commencement there was a volume of Probate work, Wills and Trusts, Family Law and more recently Employment and Environmental Law.
